Simple, clear pricing.

• $70 per hour on weekdays (Monday to Friday), with a 4-hour minimum booking ($280); additional time is billed in 15-minute increments.

Smaller jobs can be booked directly without a consultation.

Larger projects—such as a walk-in pantry, walk-in wardrobe, garage, whole-home organising or downsizing—start with a $70 in-home consultation of up to 60 minutes to assess your space and plan next steps. Book 8 or more hours within 30 days and we'll credit the consultation fee.

Weekend sessions are occasionally available at a higher hourly rate. The rate is confirmed with you before you book, so you always know what to expect.

• Payment is settled at the end of your session. Your invoice is prepared and sent before we finish, so there is nothing to follow up afterwards.
• The invoice shows the actual time worked at the agreed hourly rate ($70 per hour on weekdays), or the 4-hour minimum if that applies, plus any approved materials.
• OSKO or direct deposit is preferred. You can also pay online or tap to pay using Square.

• We'll check in with you around the halfway point on progress and whether extra time would help.
• Extra time is only added once you've agreed to it, and is recorded on your invoice.
• Sessions finish at the booked time unless extra time has been agreed and we're available. If more work remains, we'll leave your space tidy, give you a short list of what's left, and offer a time for a follow-up session.

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking so we can offer the time to someone else. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments, incur a $70 late-change fee.
